1. Our services

UniEDD provides live, online, one-to-one and group coaching in Guitar, Keyboard/Piano, Vocals, Tabla, Dance, Public Speaking, and Chess, for kids and adults. Demo sessions can be booked online 24/7, subject to availability of trainers.

2. Enrolment and eligibility

Enrolment for a learner under the age of 18 must be made by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the accuracy of information provided and for the learner’s conduct during classes.

3. Scheduling and attendance

Class schedules are agreed with your assigned trainer subject to availability. Cancelling and rescheduling classes follow our Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy.

4. Online classes, recordings and AI notes

Live classes are held on Google Meet using the class link provided in your UniEDD learning account. Each class is automatically recorded, transcribed and summarised into class notes by Google’s Gemini AI, as explained in our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you (or, for a learner under 18, the parent or guardian on the learner’s behalf) agree to this. You can ask us to stop recording, transcribing or taking AI notes in future classes at any time; some features, such as revisiting past lessons, will then not be available.

Recordings, transcripts and notes are provided for the learner’s personal study only. You must not download, record, screenshot, share, publish or otherwise redistribute classes, recordings, transcripts or notes, or share their links with anyone else, without UniEDD’s written permission. Joining a class with your camera and microphone on means you may appear in its recording. AI-generated notes are provided for convenience and may contain errors; your trainer’s guidance takes precedence.

5. Fees and payment

Plan pricing is displayed on our Pricing page and is subject to change without prior notice; changes will not affect an already-confirmed billing cycle. Refunds and cancellation windows are set out in our Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy, which you agree to before paying.

Demo bookings are currently free for all visitors, regardless of location. No demo booking fee is charged. Any fees and applicable payment, refund, or cancellation terms for paid programs will be shared before enrolment.

6. Code of conduct

We expect respectful behaviour from all learners, parents/guardians, and trainers. UniEDD reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to classes in cases of abusive behaviour, harassment, or misuse of the platform.

7. Intellectual property

All course materials, curriculum, branding, and content provided by UniEDD, including class recordings, transcripts and notes, remain the property of UniEDD and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

UniEDD strives to deliver a high-quality learning experience but does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from participation in its programs. To the extent permitted by law, UniEDD is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our services.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
